Ordering
How do I place an order?
Choose a product, select its options (size, color, design, packaging), add it to your cart and complete checkout. You receive an order number (for example A-001) and a link to your invoice on the confirmation page.

Yes. Send a custom order request with your idea, measurements and any reference images. Our team reviews it and confirms what can be made, the price and the timeline.
Custom orders →Do you supply large quantities?
Yes — wholesale and bulk quantities for events, weddings, schools, companies and government entities, with special pricing for larger quantities.

Which payment methods are available?
Bank transfer, and cash on delivery within the UAE. Online card and Apple Pay payments are not available yet. For a bank transfer, your order is confirmed once our team has verified the payment.
Which currency do you charge in?
All orders are charged in UAE dirhams (AED). Amounts shown in US dollars are for guidance only.
Delivery
How much is delivery in the UAE?
AED 25 or AED 35 depending on the location, charged once per order. The exact fee for your emirate is shown at checkout before you place the order.
Delivery & Shipping Policy →How long does delivery take?
Some orders may be delivered the same day; others take up to 3 days, depending on product readiness and destination. Same-day delivery is not guaranteed. Custom and large orders follow the timeline confirmed with you.
Do you deliver outside the UAE?
Yes. The international shipping cost depends on the destination country and the shipping company, so we confirm it with you after you place the order and before dispatch.
Customization
Can I personalize a product?
Many products can be personalized — for example a name, a custom color or a reference image — where the product page offers it. All colors are available, and customization is possible on request.
Which sizes are available?
Sizes vary by product. Where a product comes in tiers, A is the largest; other products show named sizes such as Small, Medium and Large. For a size that is not listed, send a custom request.
