UAE Delivery Rates

Delivery within the UAE is charged at a fixed rate based on the delivery location:

• Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain and Ras Al Khaimah: AED 25
• Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, Kalba, Dibba, Western Region and remote areas: AED 35
• International: the cost depends on the destination and the shipping provider, and is confirmed with you before dispatch.

The applicable rate is calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery location you select. No free-delivery threshold currently applies.

International Delivery

International delivery is available. Shipping cost depends on the destination country and the shipping company (and the parcel's size/weight), so it is not a fixed rate — it will be confirmed based on your destination and order after you place your order, before final payment is required.

Delivery & Production Time

Some orders may be delivered the same day; others take up to 3 days, depending on product readiness (type, quantity and customization) and the delivery location. Same-day delivery is not guaranteed.

Large, Bulk & Architectural Projects

Wholesale supply is available for large projects. For larger, wholesale, architectural or highly customized projects, production and delivery timelines are quoted individually based on project scope rather than the standard timelines above.
