Pricing & Currency

All prices are listed in AED, the base currency of this website. Prices shown in USD are an indicative, non-live conversion for display purposes only and do not change the AED amount actually charged. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Bulk, wholesale and custom orders are quoted individually and are not covered by standard retail pricing.

Customization & Customer-Provided Files

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of information and files provided for personalized or custom items (names, text, reference images, design files). LAMST BARJEEL is not liable for errors resulting from customer-submitted information, and reserves the right to decline a design that it cannot produce or that infringes third-party rights.

Bulk, Wholesale & Custom Projects

Bulk, wholesale, corporate and large custom projects are handled through a quotation process rather than standard checkout. A quotation is not a confirmed order until accepted in writing by both parties.

Payments

Accepted payment methods currently include Bank Transfer, which is manually verified — an order paid by bank transfer is held as "Pending Verification" until LAMST BARJEEL confirms receipt of funds. Credit/Debit Card and Apple Pay are displayed as planned payment methods but are not yet connected to a live payment gateway, and no online card or Apple Pay payment is currently processed through this website.

Delivery

UAE delivery is charged per the rates on our Delivery & Shipping Policy. International delivery cost is confirmed separately based on destination and courier. Delivery and production timelines vary by product, customization, quantity and project scope as described on our Delivery & Shipping Policy.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms are set out in our Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy.

Intellectual Property

All designs, content and branding on this website belong to LAMST BARJEEL unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without permission. Design files or reference material submitted by a customer for a custom order remain subject to any rights the customer holds in them; the customer confirms they have the right to submit such material.

Limitation of Liability

LAMST BARJEEL is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by UAE law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
