Information We Collect

• Contact details you provide, such as name, email (if provided), phone number and delivery address.
• Order details, including products purchased, selected options and customization requests.
• Information you submit through the Custom Order Request, Return/Refund Request, Contact, or assistant chat forms, including any photos, videos or reference files you choose to attach.

We do not collect or store payment card details on our servers. Bank transfer payments are verified manually against our bank statement.

How We Use Information

• To process, produce and deliver your orders.
• To communicate order updates, delivery information and payment verification, and to respond to inquiries.
• To improve our products and website.

Where Your Information Is Stored

Orders you place through checkout, Custom Order Requests (including any reference files you attach), messages you send through the Contact form, and reviews you submit are stored in our own database, hosted by Supabase on our behalf. Reference files you attach to a Custom Order Request are kept in private storage that is not publicly accessible. We keep this information so we can produce and deliver your order, answer questions about it, and meet our record-keeping obligations.

Messages Sent via WhatsApp

The Return/Refund Request form, the Track Order form, and the WhatsApp links offered by the LAMST BARJEEL Assistant (including "Talk to Customer Service") open a pre-filled WhatsApp conversation addressed to our business number — the information you send there reaches us through WhatsApp (operated by WhatsApp/Meta) rather than stored on our own servers, along with any photo, video or file you attach in that conversation. Please review WhatsApp's own privacy policy for how it handles messages sent through its service. Custom Order Requests may also be sent this way if our own request system is temporarily unavailable; the website tells you which of the two happened.

Reviews

A review you submit is stored with the name, rating, comment and optional order reference you provide, and is reviewed by our team before it appears on the website. Approved reviews are shown publicly with the name you entered — please do not include information you would rather keep private. You can ask us to remove your review at any time using the details on our Contact page.

LAMST BARJEEL Assistant

The LAMST BARJEEL Assistant is a rule-based helper built into this website — it is not connected to a third-party AI provider, and no message you type into it is sent to an AI service. Quick actions simply take you to the relevant page, and free-text messages are handed off to us via WhatsApp as described above.

Payment Information

Bank transfer details are used only to verify payment for your own order. No online card or Apple Pay gateway is currently connected to this website; if one is added in future, payments would be processed by a licensed third-party payment provider, and LAMST BARJEEL would not directly handle or store your card details.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Beyond the WhatsApp handoff described above and our database/storage provider (Supabase), which processes this information on our behalf and only on our instructions, we do not share information with any third-party analytics, advertising, AI or cloud-processing service — this policy will be updated if that changes.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us using the details on our Contact page.
